For those like me it means Frequently Asked Questions

This page will attempt to answer questions raised the most often to assist you in getting the best out of Solicitorhelp

1. IS SOLICITORHELP A REAL LAW FIRM AS SEEN ON THE HIGH STREET?

the short answer is yes.

we are regulated just like every other solicitor firms by the Law Society

however because of the nature of the internet we can only provide a specified number of services as outlined in this site

2. OK. BUT ALL SOLICITORS CHARGE A FEE SO WHAT DOES THIS SITE COST ME?

the short answer is nothing.

all the information on this site is free to you to access but we do ask you to take care and only rely and act on the same once you have taken specific advice about your particular case. Please see terms and conditions

the advices on this site are of a general nature because we cannot anticipate every possibility. Every case is unique including your own and this site gives you a better understanding of your case as seen from a lawyers perspective.

we do however offer an advice surgery where for a fixed fee provide you with specific advice which you can then rely and act upon.

we also provide a referral service whereby we can refer you, at no cost to you, to a local specialist solicitor

3.SO YOU CAN'T SELL MY HOUSE?

no not at this stage but we will regularly update this site and increase the services offered

4.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT MORE INFORMATION?

please contact us and we will advise you whether we are able to provide the information as part of our service by way of improving the site or alternatively tell you of the fixed fee for the advice.

5. WHAT IF I WANT A BARRISTERS ADVICE?

as part of our growth we will provide the Barrister line which will provide advice on specific issues

6.CAN YOU RECOMMEND A SOLICITOR IN MY AREA WITH EXPERTISE FOR MY PROBLEM?

the main aim of this site is to assist you with your legal problems and with that in mind our referral service offers just that.

the service is free to you and we will provide you with a solicitors firm recognized nationally as having gained accreditation as having experience and professionalism in your field of law.
